•  91 000 74051 According to the manufacturer datasheet, the Platinum / VFIX-Platinum / Ultra-Premium Tile Adhesive from V-BOND is a single-component, polymer-modified cementitious thin-bed adhesive / dry-mix mortar for tiles. 

• Its designed for heavy-duty applications: suitable for ceramic, vitrified, glass-mosaic tiles; even large-format tiles, natural stone, marble/granite for floors or walls internal and certain exterior/wet-area use (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms). Provides strong bond strength, water-resistance, shock/impact resistance, and is self-curing / easy to use when mixed with water as per instructions. 

• Coverage: Typical coverage is roughly 5560 sq. ft per 20 kg bag when used with a 6 mm x 6 mm notched trowel though actual depends on tile size and substrate. 

Good for:

• Floor and wall tile installations ceramic, vitrified, natural stone (marble, granite), glass-mosaic etc. 

• Heavy-duty zones / high-traffic areas gives stable, long-lasting bonding under load. 

• Wet areas (bathrooms, kitchens), and possibly wet-/outdoor-exposed tiles, provided the tiles and overall finishing are suitable. 

• Large format or heavy tiles/stones when back-buttering (i.e. extra adhesive on tile back) is used for proper bedding.

• Make sure surface is clean, stable, free from dust/oil/debris before application (as with any tile adhesive). For large tiles, back-buttering is recommended to ensure full contact and avoid hollow spots. 

• For exterior or high-moisture areas, ensure overall waterproofing and tile/grout suitability adhesive helps but does not replace proper waterproofing in wet zones.

• Mix with the correct water ratio (~67 litres water for 20 kg bag) to get right consistency.
