• It is designed primarily for interior floors and walls (dry areas), but can also be used for exterior floors if mixed with a special admixture (for enhanced performance).

• Easy to use  just mix with water (no complex preparations).

• Suitable for small to medium tiles (ceramic, vitrified) and small-format natural stone. Does well on cementitious surfaces (concrete, plaster, mortar bed, brick masonry, etc.). 

• Strong adhesion  meets standards like ANSI A118.1T, EN 12004 / ISO 13007 (classified C1T), and IS 15477:2019 (Type 1T). 

• Economical & smooth consistency  because its single-component and just water-mixed, its cost-effective and easy for tilers to handle. 

• Works on a variety of substrates  concrete, cement mortar beds, plaster, brick masonry, existing tiles/stone (with proper surface prep).
