•  91 000 74051 It is a cement-based, polymer-modified tile adhesive from the UltraTech TileFixo range. 

• It is designed for medium-format tiles and natural stones  such as granite, marble, vitrified tiles, etc. 

• Suitable for floors and walls, for both indoor and outdoor applications. 

• Appropriate when using natural stone tiles, granite/marble, or medium-size vitrified tiles  places where higher bond strength and durability are needed. Can be used in wet or damp zones (bathrooms, balconies, exterior areas) when applied properly because of its water resistance and strong adhesion. 

• High bonding strength: Good initial and long-term adhesion, even under water exposure, heat, freeze-thaw cycles. Polymer-modified: Better bonding and flexibility compared to plain cement adhesives helps stick heavy tiles/ stones securely. 

• Single-component and self-curing: Simply mix with water (no special additives) and apply; no extra curing agents needed
