•  91 000 74051 TileFixo Royal NT Plus is a polymer-modified cementitious tile adhesive made by UltraTech, designed for fixing large format tiles and natural stones (like marbles, granites, large-size tiles) on floors and walls.

• Its suitable for both interior and exterior applications, and works on cement-based substrates such as plaster, concrete, screed, cement boards, bricks, etc.

• Ideal for large tiles / slabs / natural stones on walls and floors, for both indoor and outdoor. 

• Also suitable for wet or damp environments, including submerged areas like swimming pools, water tanks, fountains, terraces, balconies thanks to its water-resistant properties. 

• Works well for tile-on-tile or new tile installations, over cement surfaces. 

• High bond strength & excellent adhesion  ensures tiles/natural stone stay firmly fixed to substrate. 

• Polymer-modified and self-curing  no need for additional curing agents; single component and easy to use. 

• Non-sag / Non-slip & high slip-resistance  prevents sliding of heavy tiles/stones, especially on walls or vertical surfaces. 

• Extended open time  gives enough time to adjust and position large tiles properly before adhesive sets. 

• Versatile substrate compatibility  works on plaster, concrete, screed, cement boards, brick surfaces, etc. 

• Suitable for demanding & heavy-duty use  tile-on-tile, external cladding, natural stone flooring, wall cladding, wet areas etc. 

• Water-to-powder mixing ratio: ~ 2427% potable water by weight.

• Mix with a mechanical stirrer for 23 minutes for a lump-free mix; allow to stand ~2 minutes, then remix before application. 

• Apply using appropriate notched trowel depending on tile size; ensure proper bed thickness.

• Clean surface thoroughly before application free of dust, oils, laitance etc., for effective bonding.
