•  91 000 74051 TileFixo Royal NT Plus is a polymer-modified cementitious tile adhesive made by UltraTech, designed for fixing large format tiles and natural stones (like marbles, granites, large-size tiles) on floors and walls.

• Its suitable for both interior and exterior applications, and works on cement-based substrates such as plaster, concrete, screed, cement boards, bricks, etc.

Where & How Its Used

• Ideal for large tiles / slabs / natural stones on walls and floors, for both indoor and outdoor. 

• Also suitable for wet or damp environments, including submerged areas like swimming pools, water tanks, fountains, terraces, balconies thanks to its water-resistant properties. 

• Works well for tile-on-tile or new tile installations, over cement surfaces.

Technical & Application Guidelines

• Water-to-powder mixing ratio: ~ 2427% potable water by weight.

• Mix with a mechanical stirrer for 23 minutes for a lump-free mix; allow to stand ~2 minutes, then remix before application. 

• Apply using appropriate notched trowel depending on tile size; ensure proper bed thickness.

• Clean surface thoroughly before application free of dust, oils, laitance etc., for effective bonding.

Simple Mixing and Application Process

Preparation is quick and straightforward-simply mix 3.25 to 3.75 litres of clean water per 20 kg bag of adhesive until a uniform, lump-free paste is formed. It can be applied using a notched trowel at a thickness of 3-10 mm, making it suitable for a variety of tile and stone sizes. The adhesive is easy to spread, delivering a smooth and consistent finish with minimal effort.
