 91 000 74051 SikaGrout-214 IN is a one-component, ready-to-mix, dual shrinkage-compensated cementitious grout. Its flowable and pourable, engineered for precision grouting of heavy base plates, machine foundations, anchors, precast concrete joints, voids and sealing around penetration points. It develops very high strength, remains impact and vibration resistant, and bonds excellently to concrete even under static and dynamic loads.

Q1. How should SikaGrout-214 IN be mixed?Add clean water (as per mix ratio: 0.15-0.16 for flowable). Mix slowly, pour powder into water while stirring; use paddle mixer or low speed (<500 rpm) for large volumes. Let air escape after mixing before placing.Q2. What cure / pre-treatment is needed on substrate?Substrate must be structurally sound, clean, free of loose debris, oil, dust. Pre-soak substrate to saturated surface dry condition (keep wet but without standing water). Q3. What consistency options exist?Flowable: easier spread and pour.Pourable: thicker, for larger gaps or vertical uses. Adjust water accordingly within specified range.Q4. How soon can load be applied / equipment used?Compressive strength after 1 day is already 25 N/mm.
