91 000 74051 Sika MonoTop-108 Water Plug IN is a ready-to-use, rapid-setting, waterproof cement mortar designed to stop active water leaks instantly in concrete and masonry. It forms a strong, durable plug even under running water or high leak flow conditions, making it ideal for emergency repairs and plugging applications.

How is the surface prepared before sealing?Clean arearemove loose materials, oil, grease etc. Widen leak point in dovetail shape (~20 mm) to allow better bonding. Wet the surface if very dry. Q4. How much material is needed?Depends on volume of leak / cavity. Since setting is very fast, mix small quantities at a time that you can apply immediately. For 1 kg bag, small area patch; for big leaks you may need multiple bags.Q5. Can it handle high pressure or lots of water flow?Yesbut for very high pressures, sometimes drill relief holes around the leak, or using supporting plugs, then apply the mortar.
