 91 000 74051 Sika Chapdur (IN) is a one-part, premixed, coloured mineral dry-shake hardener used for concrete floors. When broadcast and worked into fresh concrete, it creates an extremely hard-wearing, abrasion-resistant, dust-proof surface. Ideal for areas subject to heavy mechanical wear like warehouses, parking lots, factories, service stations, public floors, and more.

Q1. What is the coverage of one 30 kg bag?A: For heavy duty (5.5-6.0 kg/m), one 30 kg bag will cover approximately 5 to 5.5 m. For lighter duty, higher coverage.Q2. Can I apply this on any concrete/slab?A: The substrate concrete must be good quality, fully compacted, with slump in the range 75-110 mm. Compressive strength of the concrete should be at least 20 N/mm. Surface should be clean and free of weak laitance. Q3. How long before the floor can be used?A: Foot traffic after 72 hours; full service (heavier loads) after 7 days, when fully cured. Q4. Is this product suitable where oil / grease / chemical spillage happens?A: Yes the product has increased resistance to oils and grease. However, frequent cleaning and maintenance are needed.Q5. What precautions should I take during application?A:Do not apply in strong wind or excessively dry air.Do not add water over the dry shake once applied.Spread in two stages for better blending: first 60% then 40%.Use proper finishing tools (trowels, power trowels) to compact and smooth.Cure immediately after finishing, protect from rain or contamination.
