91 000 74051 NCL Megamix-Set is a polymer additive (milky-liquid) used for tile/stone fixing not a food-processor or kitchen appliance.
It is designed to be mixed with water and then combined with cement (grey or white) to form a cement slurry used for installing tiles or stones on floors over a levelling bed.
