• 91 000 74051 Maxiseal is anano-technology, impregnating sealer not a grout or grout-admixture, but a protective sealant you apply to tile, stone or grout surfaces.

• Its designed to penetrate intoporous and semi-porous surfaces(tiles, natural stone, cement grout, masonry, etc.) and create aninvisible protective barrier.

• Because its a sealer (not a paint or top-coat), itdoesn't significantly change the look, color or textureof the surface it preserves the natural appearance.

When used correctly, Maxiseal offers:

• Water-repellency (hydrophobic)+oil / stain resistance (oleophobic) makes surfaces resistant to water, oil, alkalis and common staining substances (coffee, juice, dirt, dust).

• Enhanced surface hardness & reduced slipperiness treated surfaces are reportedly harder and less slippery, which helps especially on floors or outdoor tile/stone surfaces.

• Protection against UV, weathering, freeze-thaw cycles & efflorescence good for exterior applications or areas exposed to moisture/climate fluctuation.

• Easier maintenance & cleaning since the surface resists staining and moisture, cleaning becomes simpler and routine maintenance is easier.

Maxiseal is best used when:

• You haveporous or natural stone tiles, cement grout, masonry or concrete surfaces e.g. marble, granite, limestone, terracotta, sandstone, slate, cement-grout joints, etc.

• You wantto protect surfaces from moisture/ oil/ stains bathrooms, kitchens, wet zones, patios, balconies, exterior walls/facades, natural-stone flooring, etc.
