About MYK LATICRETE 345 SUPER FLEX HIGHLY DEFORMABLE TILE ADHESIVE

•  91 000 74051 Its a polymer-modified tile adhesive (cementitious mortar), designed to fix tiles or natural stone on floors and walls both interior and exterior. 

• Its especially suited for large-format tiles, heavy tiles, porcelain, natural stone, and even tile-on-tile applications. 

• Highly deformable / flexible: can absorb structural movements or thermal expansions without cracking useful in buildings where there may be shifts or vibrations. 

• Strong bond strength: good shear and tensile adhesion, ensuring tiles stay fixed firmly even on demanding surfaces. 

• Versatile surfaces: works over concrete, cement mortar, plaster, existing tile/stone surfaces, etc. Thin-bed to medium-bed applications: you can apply from thin to modest bed thickness (typical up to ~15 mm). 

• Usable in wet areas: suitable for bathrooms, balconies, even swimming-pool areas (for appropriate tiles/stones), since it has good water- and moisture-resistance once cured.

• Laying ceramic, vitrified, or porcelain tiles  on floors or walls.

• Installing natural stone tiles or large-format tiles (where regular thin-set mortars may crack).

• Renovation work where you may want to tile over existing tiles or stones.

• Wet-area flooring/walls (bathrooms, balconies, terraces) or high-traffic areas (lobbies, kitchens, external facades) because of its strong adhesion and flexibility
