SEALARM PS-P provides a seamless, flexible barrier against water ingress. Its impressive elongation (>50%), high tensile strength, and superb bond to concrete guarantee lasting protection for exposed or moisture-prone areas. This flexibility makes it ideal for surfaces susceptible to minor movements and temperature fluctuations.


Simple Two-Component Application Process

SEALARM PS-P is supplied as a kit with a white liquid (Part A) and grey powder (Part B). To prepare, mix the liquid and powder at a 1:2 ratio by weight, ensuring a lump-free slurry. With a pot life of around 45 minutes at 27C, the product can be applied using a brush or roller in two coats to achieve optimal coverage and performance.
