91 000 74051 Maxiseal is a nano-technology, impregnating sealer not a grout or grout-admixture, but a protective sealant you apply to tile, stone or grout surfaces.
Its designed to penetrate into porous and semi-porous surfaces (tiles, natural stone, cement grout, masonry, etc.) and create an invisible protective barrier.
Because its a sealer (not a paint or top-coat), it doesn't significantly change the look, color or texture of the surface it preserves the natural appearance.

When used correctly, Maxiseal offers:

Water-repellency (hydrophobic) + oil / stain resistance (oleophobic) makes surfaces resistant to water, oil, alkalis and common staining substances (coffee, juice, dirt, dust).

Where & When You Should Use Maxiseal

Maxiseal is best used when:

What It Does Not Do Limitations

It does not replace grout, epoxy, or waterproofing it only seals and protects porous surfaces/grout/tile from stains and absorption.
Surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease or curing compounds before applying otherwise performance will be compromised.
If not applied properly (wrong surface, insufficient absorption, excess residue not wiped off), it may not provide effective protection.
