91 000 74051 Mapei Keraflex Tile Adhesive (often just referred to as Keraflex) is a high-performance cementitious tile adhesive made by Mapei  one of the worlds leading construction chemical manufacturers. Its used to bond ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles to floors and walls. 

• Strong, durable bond to a wide range of building substrates. 

• Extended open time  gives you more working time before tiles set. 

• Very low VOC emissions (health and environment benefit). No vertical slip  tiles wont slide down on wall applications. 

• Suitable for interior and exterior applications. 

Its a cement-based adhesive powder that you mix with water on site; after mixing it becomes a paste that you apply with a notched trowel. 

Keraflex D on some bags or datasheets usually refers to a specific version or designation of this type (e.g., deformable or direct adhesive category), but the main product family serves the same purpose: tile bonding.

Its not a self-leveling compound or waterproofing membrane it only bonds tile to substrate.

• Pot life after mixing: ~8 hours. 

• Open time for placement:  30 minutes. 

• Ready for light foot traffic: ~24 hours. 

• Fully ready for use (normal conditions): ~14 days. 

• Available in grey or white powder.

• MAPEI 119120 Keraflex Flexible Floor Tile Adhesive 20kg Grey  Standard flexible tile adhesive (good general use).

• Keraflex 25Kg  Larger bag size for bigger jobs.

• KERAFLEX MAXI S1 Adhesive  A slightly variant grade with S1 deformability (better for slight movements).

• Keraflex Easy S1 Adhesive White 25 kg  White version (useful under light-colored tiles).

Make sure substrates are clean, sound, and free of dust/oil before applying.
Use the correct size notched trowel for tile size to ensure good coverage.
