91 000 74051 MAPEI Mapefill GP IN is a high-strength, non-shrink, cement-based powdered grout with graded aggregates and special additives (including expansive agent). When mixed with water, it becomes a very fluid grout that fills voids, honeycombs, base-plates, precast joints etc., with excellent adhesion, high impermeability, and minimal shrinkage, even after setting. Desirable for structural repair, anchoring, and concrete restoration work.Non-shrink, both in plastic and hardened phases includes expansive agent to compensate shrinkage.
Key Features & Benefits-:Very flowable / fluid consistency to fill intricate spaces without segregation. Excellent adhesion to concrete & steel (rebars), helps in durable anchoring. Impermeable to water; good resistance to dynamic mechanical stress. Thermal expansion coefficient and modulus similar to high-quality concrete, which reduces risk of cracking due to differential behaviour. Non-corrosive, chloride-free; no metallic aggregates.
