About DR.FIXIT PIDISEAL PS43 (6.5 KG)

91 000 74051 Dr. Fixit Pidiseal PS is a two-part elastomeric sealant based on a liquid polysulphide polymer which when mixed with accelerator (curing agent) cures by chemical reaction to form a tough, flexible rubber seal. This sealant has excellent Fuel resistance, adhesion to different substrates like masonry, concrete with excellent movement accommodation. It is far more superior to conventional joint sealant materials such as bitumen, mastics and expansion-sheets.

Outstanding Flexibility and Durability

DR.FIXIT PIDISEAL PS43 stands out with its remarkable elongation properties, accommodating up to 25% movement in expansion joints. It maintains its integrity across a wide temperature range from -20C to +80C, making it an ideal choice for both hot and cold weather climates. Its flexibility minimizes the risk of joint failure over time.

Easy Application and Reliable Performance

Delivered as a paste, this sealant can be easily tooled within 60 minutes of application at 25C. The tack-free time is 6-8 hours, and it cures fully in 7 days under standard conditions. For optimal bond strength, it's recommended to use Dr. Fixit Primer for Polysulphide on all joint surfaces prior to application.

Safe and Environmentally Friendly

Formulated as non-toxic and with a neutral pH, DR.FIXIT PIDISEAL PS43 ensures safety for users and the environment when handled as recommended. Its low water content and resistance to weathering and UV rays translates to a longer-lasting seal with minimal maintenance requirements.
