• 91 000 74051 NCL LFT O Flex Adhesive TE 205 is a cement-based, polymer-modified thin-bed tile/stone adhesive. 

• It comes as a factory-prepared dry powder, so on-site you just mix with water no need for manual cement-sand mortar mixing.  

• It is designed specifically for extra-large format tiles and stones, and for use on levelled walls & floors.  

According to the manufacturers product information, TE 205 offers: High bonding strength  ensures full-bed adhesive coverage under tiles/stones instead of risking hollow spots or weak bonding associated with traditional mortar methods. 

• Flexibility & impact resistance  polymer modification gives the adhesive some flexibility, which helps accommodate minor structural movements, thermal expansion/contraction, or impact, reducing tile stress. 

• Suitable for interior and exterior applications, including external cladding up to 25 ft from ground level (as per manufacturers spec) when properly applied. 

• Works with low-porosity tile/stone types  such as vitrified tiles, porcelain tiles, slim tiles, marble, granite, engineered stone, mosaic, and tile-on-tile applications (provided porosity < ~3%).

• Usable on a variety of substrates: cement plaster, concrete, cement screed, drywall board (gypsum), plywood, calcium silicate board, medium-density fibre board (MDF), and certain panels which makes it versatile for both floor and wall tiling or cladding. 

• Single-pack, water-mixable, self-curing  simplifies onsite work compared to traditional mortar mixes.

• Water-resistant  suitable for wet areas (provided correct tiles & substrate), making it usable in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, terraces, etc. 

• Laying large-format tiles or heavy stone/porcelain slabs (vitrified, porcelain, marble, granite, engineered stone) on floors or walls.

• Doing internal or external tile/stone installation, including cladding (since it supports external cladding up to 25 ft).

• Working in wet or moisture-prone areas  bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, terraces where water resistance + strong adhesion is needed.

• Wanting strong, full-bed bonding rather than spot-fix or weak mortar bonding especially important for heavy tiles/stones to avoid hollow-sound under tiles, cracking, or debonding.

• Seeking ease of use: with ready-mix powder + water (single pack) faster work, less labour compared to traditional mortar mixing.

• Use only for tiles/stones with low porosity (as recommended) high-porosity or very absorbent tiles may not bond as well.
