It cures to a permanently elastic, weather-resistant seal capable of 25% joint movement (50% total), making it ideal for both internal and external sealing joints. It offers excellent resistance against rain, sunlight, ozone, pollution and maintains durability without surface tackiness.

Q1. What is movement capability of SmartFlex PU? It can handle 25% movement of the original joint width (total 50%) without failing. 
Q2. Where can this sealant be used? Good for joints in concrete, aluminium panels, fibre-cement sheets, windows, facade joints, plasterboard, and connection joints inside & outside. 
Q3. How to apply it? Clean joint surfaces (remove dust, grease). Use appropriate backing rod. Apply directly from sausage/cartridge using a PU gun. Tool the joint if needed. Ensure surface is dry. It will cure by moisture.
Q4. What about UV, weather, durability? It resists sunlight, rain, ozone, environmental pollutants. It remains flexible, does not sag, and once cured, the surface is not tacky. 
Q5. Is it paintable over after curing? Yes, once fully cured, it accepts paint.
