91 000 74051 Bostik Smartflex+ Hybrid is a single-component hybrid sealant designed for sealing and waterproofing joints in construction. It uses advanced hybrid technology (combining the advantages of polyurethane and silicone) to provide strong adhesion, flexibility, and weather resistance in a variety of substrates. 

• Hybrid formulation advanced technology that offers superior performance combining benefits of different chemistries (e.g., flexibility of PU and weather resistance of silicone).

• One component & ready to use no mixing required; simple to apply with a sealant gun.

• Excellent adhesion sticks well to many materials like metal, glass, concrete, UPVC, and composite panels.

• Flexible & elastic capable of absorbing movement in joints without cracking.

• UV & weather resistant suitable for both interior and exterior applications.No bubble formation on curing gives smooth and stable seals.

• Free of solvents & isocyanates less harmful fumes and safer for application.

Sealing expansion and construction joints in buildings
Waterproofing gaps around doors, windows, panels & facade units
Sealing joints between different materials (e.g., aluminum, steel, concrete, UPVC)
General waterproof sealing where flexibility and weather resistance are needed

Not recommended on plastics like PP, PE, PC, PMMA, PTFE or soft plastics
Not suitable for continuous water immersion applications (e.g., constant submerged conditions)

• Apply on clean, dry, and grease-free surfaces for best bonding.

• For very porous substrates like bare concrete, priming may be needed to improve adhesion.

• Use a professional sealant gun for 600 ml sausage packs.
