It uses advanced hybrid technology (combining the advantages of polyurethane and silicone) to provide strong adhesion, flexibility, and weather resistance in a variety of substrates.

 Typical Applications

Sealing expansion and construction joints in buildings
Waterproofing gaps around doors, windows, panels & facade units
Sealing joints between different materials (e.g., aluminum, steel, concrete, UPVC)
General waterproof sealing where flexibility and weather resistance are needed

 Limitations

Not recommended on plastics like PP, PE, PC, PMMA, PTFE or soft plastics
Not suitable for continuous water immersion applications (e.g., constant submerged conditions)

 Usage Notes

• Apply on clean, dry, and grease-free surfaces for best bonding.

• For very porous substrates like bare concrete, priming may be needed to improve adhesion.

• Use a professional sealant gun for 600 ml sausage packs.
