91 000 74051 Bostik Block P530 Boscoseal PU-D A one-component, water-based, fast-setting polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing membrane. It is a liquid-applied coating that cures to form a seamless, flexible, and highly durable protective layer.

Primary Function: To provide a high-performance, UV-resistant waterproofing barrier for a wide range of substrates, capable of bridging cracks and accommodating structural movement.

Surface Prep: Concrete must be sound, cured (28 days), and rough (like sandpaper). Clean thoroughly of all dust, grease, and laitance.

Mixing: Stir the PU-D thoroughly for 3-4 minutes with a slow-speed drill to avoid air bubbles.

Application: Apply the first coat by brush, roller, or spray. Apply the second coat after 1-2 hours in the opposite direction.

Curing: Allow 5-7 days for full cure before subjecting it to water or service conditions.

Q3: How quickly can I tile over it?

A: You can tile over it after 4-6 hours of the final application (at 22C & 50% RH) using a compatible Bostik tile adhesive.
