About Basecore geocell

Geocell is a three-dimensional honeycomb cellular confinement system made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) strips ultrasonically welded together. It is used for soil stabilization, load support, erosion control, and ground reinforcement applications. When expanded and filled with soil, gravel, sand, or concrete, geocells create a strong confinement system that improves load distribution and reduces soil movement. Geocells are widely used in roads, retaining walls, slope protection, railway projects, embankments, and drainage works.
