•  91 000 74051 NCL CEROSTIK TI-103 is a cement-based, polymer-modified thin-bed tile adhesive. Its a pre-mixed dry powder adhesive: you just add water on site, mix and apply no need for custom cement-sand mixes. 

• It conforms to standard: IS 15477:2019 (Type 1) and also meets EN 12004 classification C1T.

What Its Good For

• Installing ceramic/clay tiles in interior rooms  walls or floors. Good for bathrooms, kitchens, living areas (provided tiles suit).

• Jobs where you want a ready-mix adhesive (less site-work compared to cement-sand mortar), to save labour and get consistent quality.

• Projects where smaller tiles or standard-format tiles are used since TI-103 is meant for small/medium tiles rather than heavy or large-format stone/tiles.

• Surfaces like cement plaster, concrete, screed, existing mortar beds typical for Indian residential/commercial internal tiling.

What to Consider / Where It May Not Be Ideal

• Not ideal for large-format tiles, heavy stone (granite/marble), or heavy-duty outdoor tiling  the product is meant for small/medium ceramic/clay tiles.

• For exterior or damp/wet exposed areas (like open terraces, pool-sides, heavy moisture zones) unless conditions are controlled and tiles are small better to use heavier-duty adhesive.

• As with any adhesive: substrate must be clean, level, dry, and free from dust/oil/loose plaster/paint before application. This ensures adhesion strength and durability.
